To share comments about SAP for Me, click the Feedback slider on any dashboard.

To add a new or vote for already available suggestions, enter the Customer Influence and Adoption page(opens in new tab) for SAP for Me.

To see the Feedback slider, certain cookies need to be accepted. To enable them, proceed as follows:

  1. In the SAP for Me footer, select Cookie Preferences.
  2. In the popover, select Advanced Settings.
  3. Expand the list of Functional Cookies by clicking View Cookies. Also make sure that for this cookie section the slider is set to In, so the section is not totally disabled.
  4. Make sure that Qualtrics cookies are enabled, i.e., that the slider is set to In.
  5. Save your adjustments by clicking the Submit Preferences button at the bottom of the popover.

 

 

 

By default, SAP for Me is shown according to the language settings of your browser. You can overwrite this and select your preferred language on the My Settings page(opens in new tab), and SAP for Me will adapt after reloading the page.

The following URLs need to be added to the allowlist in case there is any issue when entering SAP for Me:

  • *.sap.com
  • *.sap
  • *.hana.ondemand.com
  • *.accounts.ondemand.com
  • *.gigya.com
  • *.coveo.com
  • *.mtcaptcha.com

In rare cases an HTTP 400 - Bad Request message is displayed if an application is opened on SAP for Me. This can be prevented by a small change in your browser settings.

In Google Chrome

  1. Enter chrome://settings/cookies (Settings > Privacy & security > Cookies and other site data).
  2. Click the Add button for Sites that can always use cookies.
  3. In the Site field, enter me.sap.com and tick the Including third-party cookies on this site checkbox.
  4. Confirm with Add.

In Mozilla Firefox try turning off enhanced tracking protection for SAP for Me. Enhanced Tracking Protection will continue to block trackers on other sites.

  1. Click on the shield icon to the left of the address bar.
  2. Toggle the switch at the top of the panel and move it to the OFF position.

For Microsoft Edge

  1. Press Windows key + R and type inetcpl.cpl and hit Enter.
  2. Click on the Security tab.
  3. Select the Trusted Site option
  4. Click on Sites. Add https://*.sap.com to the zone.
  5. Click on Apply and Ok.

In rare cases an HTTP 500 message is displayed if an application is opened on SAP for Me. This can be resolved by using the web browser's incognito mode, or by clearing the browser cache and restarting the browser.

Calendar

For some event types, specific authorizations are necessary, e.g. Request License Keys to display events of type License key expiry. Reach out to an administrator in your company(opens in new tab) to get this authorization granted.

Note that event start and end dates and times are shown according to the time-zone preferences set on your device. Please check that these are correct.

This is not possible and currently not planned. At this stage, you can download single events.

Please check if the checkbox Favorite products only has been activated. It hides events, which are not related to any of the products that you have marked as a favorite.

If you prefer another default view regarding the displayed time period (Day, Week, or Month) or selected event types, this is possible: The calendar remembers the settings of your previous session. You can set your preferred view, and it will be visible the next time you open the calendar.

User Profile

You can check the expiration date for your S-user ID in the SAP Universal ID Account Manager(opens in new tab) or on the SAP ID Service Profile Management page(opens in new tab).

Reach out to one of the administrators in your company(opens in new tab) to get it extended.

The email address can now be changed by all available Admins under the S-User's customer number.

Notes: 
S-User's are not able to manage their own email addresses, it must be done by Admins.
Admins  are also not able to manage their own email addresses, it must be done an alternative Admin.

Always make sure to add the new e-mail address to your UID in SAP Universal ID Account Manager(opens in new tab). This is because the linkage of your S-user ID to your UID is based on a valid e-mail address. Therefore, your S-user's new e-mail address must also be maintained as one of the e-mail addresses assigned to your UID.

Note that only e-mail addresses are allowed that match your company's Internet domains and meet all e-mail guidelines(opens in new tab) for SAP Universal ID and S-users. If the official list of your company's Internet domains is incomplete, reach out to one of your company's super or cloud administrators(opens in new tab) to get this corrected.
