Below you will find answers to the questions that we get asked most often about topics covered on the Users & Contacts Dashboard.
Currently only Customer Engagement Executives (CEE) and Customer Success Manager (CSM) are shown. There are plans to list Customer Success Partners (CSP). This feature is expected to go live by mid-2023.
When you select the ECS Contacts card on the Users & Contacts dashboard, but get the information: Application is deactivated by administrator, this means that your company is not an SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) customer. Only ECS customers can access this card.
You can check the expiration date for your S-user ID in the SAP Universal ID Account Manager(opens in new tab) or on the SAP ID Service Profile Management page(opens in new tab).
Reach out to one of the administrators in your company(opens in new tab) to get it extended.
