Access and Authorizations

To visit SAP for Me, you need a recent version of any of the following browsers:

  • Microsoft Edge
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Google Chrome
  • Apple Safari

Once you have entered the public homepage(opens in new tab), you need an SAP user ID to log on to SAP for Me. This ID is an S-user ID generated by an administrator at your company.

In addition, some cards that display critical company data require special authorizations that an administrator in your company can grant you.

Here are some tips on how to get access to SAP for Me:

If you have an existing S-user ID, you can sign in to SAP for Me:

  1. Go to https://me.sap.com/(opens in new tab) and select Sign In.
  2. Use your S-user ID and password to sign in.
  3. On your first visit, the onboarding process suggests topics and tasks for you to easily select from. By telling us about your interests and what tasks are important for you, helpful cards are identified and added to your SAP for Me My Dashboard page to get you started.
  4. For all other visitors, we add some sample content to get you started on the My Dashboard page. You can Customize it however you like.
  5. Now go start enjoying using SAP for Me.

Note that some capabilities require special authorizations that an administrator in your company can grant to S-users.

If you don't have an existing SAP user ID, you can contact an administrator in your company to request an S-user ID. S-user IDs can only be generated for SAP customers and partners.

Some of the capabilities in SAP for Me require special authorizations, which can only be granted to S-users. Reach out to an administrator or, if you are an SAP partner, to the Partner Security Manager in your company.

If you don't know the administrators at your company, visit the SAP Customer Interaction Center (CIC) for help. You can contact CIC using chatphone, or e-mail.

You can also ask a colleague with an S-user ID. They can find a list of all administrators(opens in new tab) at your company in SAP for Me.

Certain capabilities in SAP for Me require special authorizations.

If you are an S-user and you don't see information on a card in SAP for Me, you'll see a message on the card that you aren't authorized. In the message, select Company Administrators to open a list of administrators at your company. Select the name of an administrator, then select Send E-Mail to request access.

If you need additional help, visit the SAP Customer Interaction Center(opens in new tab) to chat with support or submit a support case.
