Users & Authorizations
Control which applications on the SAP Support Portal or SAP ONE Support Launchpad are accessible to your company's S-users. You can also manage their profiles, run reports, and gather other information about them.
You will require the authorizations "Edit User Data" and "Edit Authorizations" for most of the applications in this section.

Your super-administrator or cloud-administrator can grant you more authorizations.
Super administrators can no longer change passwords for their company's S-users as this ID is now used in a variety of websites, not only in the SAP Support Portal.
Please contact SAP Support for any password issues.
Use the XX-SER-SAPSMP-USR component to report an incident about user data issues
Performance: In rare situations, performance may not be up to expectations.
Reactivating deleted users not possible: Please contact your local Customer Interaction Center if you accidentally deleted a user ID.
New user creation: Please be advised there is currently an issue with new user creation. If the creation of a new user has taken longer than 24 hours please report an incident using the XX-SER-SAPSMP-USR component or contact the proper regional support center for assistance.
