Users & Authorizations

Control which applications on the SAP Support Portal or SAP ONE Support Launchpad are accessible to your company's S-users. You can also manage their profiles, run reports, and gather other information about them.

You will require the authorizations "Edit User Data" and "Edit Authorizations" for most of the applications in this section.

While only a user or cloud administrator can edit your authorizations, you can maintain your own contact details in the SAP ONE Support Launchpad's My Profile section.
