SAP's recommended approach to application lifecycle management enables companies to adopt innovations from SAP rapidly, and gain optimal value from their business solutions.

A collection of how-to guides focusing on typical operations-related tasks for products, databases, and operating systems (for example, checklists for performing a backup).

  • Business Scenario Recommendations

Business scenario recommendations (BSR) for SAP S/4HANA is a high-level planning tool to get an overview of the relevant new functionalities provided by SAP. This report uses your current SAP usage information to help you identify the most valuable digitized business scenarios for your enterprise.

  • Continuous quality check (CQC)

Continuous quality checks and the SAP improvement services connect customers with SAP experts who analyze their system and situation based on real life data from their systems and solution.

  • Edition for SAP Enterprise Support

There are several editions available in SAP Learning Hub. The SAP Learning Hub, edition for SAP Enterprise Support is dedicated to support-related topics, providing a complete and consistent cloud-based enablement experience for all learners. In some cases, learners may have access to multiple editions. Learning content from all editions the learner has subscribed to, is easily accessible via catalog search. Filtering by category may vary depending on the subscribed editions.

  • Expert-guided Implementation (EGI)

Workshop-style, multi-day remote sessions with experienced SAP service engineers, enabling participants to customize and execute complex activities in their own system landscape (for example, commissioning the service desk, or setting up test management in SAP Solution Manager). Specific expert-guided implementations are also available for preparing and customizing guided self-services.

  • E-learning

Interactive self-paced online courses covering a variety of popular SAP solution topics. Each includes highly effective learning components such as recorded expert modules, demo, slides.

Self-services embedded in the SAP Solution Manager application management solution, to analyze and optimize the customer's system landscape (for example, business process analysis, security optimization).

An alternative to self-paced training methods, where learners enroll in a scheduled training, to receive deeper insights and knowledge from an expert. Instructor-led training allows for real-time feedback, and questions and answers, to suit the needs of learners in a real-time environment.

  • Learning history

List of completed work sorted by date and title.

  • Live Must-Know (LMK) sessions

Live Must-Know are a series of interactive, live sessions in the context of the SAP Enterprise Support guides program and are included in the SAP Enterprise Support maintenance agreement. These web-based trainings last up to 105 minutes, are full of “must-know” facts and offer a lot of interaction throughout the session. Typically LMKs are not being recorded, however the presentation deck will be available after the training. Live Must-Know webcasts are hosted in multiple languages and cover many different time zones.

SAP Enterprise Support is SAP's foundational success plan and the choice for the intelligent enterprise. Social collaboration and decision-making solution that brings together people, processes, information, and applications, to enable problem-solving and decision-making.

  • SAP Learning Hub

A complete cloud-based SAP Enablement solution that provides unlimited access to SAP Education handbooks e-learning and Ramp-Up Knowledge Transfer delta learning maps. Learning Hub subscribers can also participate in SAP Expert moderated online learning rooms and have the right to purchase SAP Live Access which provides access to original SAP Education training systems for hands-on practice

  • SAP Learning Room

  • SAP Standard Support

This level of support enables continuous and effective business operations, and provides services and tools to minimize the cost and risk associated with keeping systems up and running. The SAP Standard Support maintenance agreement does not include the entitlement to use SAP Enterprise Support Academy.

  • SAP Enterprise Support Guides

The program helps Enterprise Support direct customers get the support they need from prepare phase to go-live in their SAP S/4HANA project.​ 

It combines proven SAP Enterprise Support deliverables with a new project-driven methodology, such as the SAP S/4HANA journey checks, new continuous quality checks (CQC), an outcome-based collaboration model, and localized empowering assets throughout the entire project lifecycle.
