Services & Support Dashboard

The Services & Support(opens in new tab) dashboard helps you manage all your support needs.


Procedure

From the sidebar, select Services & Support. The dashboard has these tabs:

  • Overview tab
    Helps you manage Cases and Service Requests, search SAP Notes & KBAs, get insights into reports, and more.
  • Cases tab
    Manage your cases, report a case, start an Expert Chat, and more.
  • Knowledge tab
    Find support-related results from a variety of SAP web resources.
  • Private Cloud Workspace tab
    Enables you to see an overview of information related to your systems, including events, service requests, security patches, backup status, and more.
  • Service Requests tab
    Request a new service for your cloud product and check the status of open requests.
  • Services tab
    View your booked Services to monitor their milestones and status. Services are listed for Enterprise Support, Preferred Success, and Premium Engagement.
  • Support Engagements tab
    Access all your support options and engagements.
  • Diagnostics tab
    Access SAP EarlyWatch Alert information.
  • Application Management tab
    Helps you manage your product lifecycle with the Roadmap Viewer, SAP Readiness Check, SAP Signavio Process Insights, and more application lifecycle management tools.
