Support Engagements Tab
On the Support Engagements(opens in new tab) tab, you can access all your support options and entitlements.
Procedure
From the sidebar, select Services & Support → Support Engagements tab. It has the following card:
- Service & Support Entitlements card
See all your service and support entitlements. Select See details for an entitlement to get more information.
Get Quick Access to the following main actions:
- SAP Enterprise Support Academy
Access the SAP Learning Hub edition for SAP Enterprise Support to find out about learning programs. - Support Offerings
Learn about different levels of SAP support to meet your specific business needs.
- Customer Center of Expertise (Customer COE)
Access the Customer COE Portal, start your Customer COE journey, and initiate your Customer COE certification. Note that this requires special authorizations. - Request Extended Maintenance
Request for SAP S/4HANA 1909 release. If you still want to request extended maintenance for 1709 or 1809, please contact your account executive. - Sub-Processor Insight
Gives Advanced Secure Support customers an overview of legal entities accessing your systems. - Sub-Processors
