Overview Tab
The Services & Support dashboard's Overview(opens in new tab) tab helps you search SAP Notes & KBAs, get insights into reports, and more.
Procedure
From the sidebar, select Services & Support → Overview tab. It has these cards:
- Search Support Knowledge card
Lets you find results from a variety of SAP web resources, for instance SAP Notes and KBAs, documentation from the SAP Help Portal, or blogs and questions & answers from the SAP Community.
- Manage Cases card
On the Case List(opens in new tab), you can manage reports of technical issues for your whole company and, if you are an SAP partner, for your end customers. You can also Create a Case(opens in new tab) to report a technical problem with your SAP solution. - Manage Service Requests card(opens in new tab)
Service requests for cloud solutions are intended for routine tasks that are unrelated to unexpected disruptions, and which are selected from a standardized catalog: for instance, performing database consistency checks, installing plug-ins, restarting systems, migrating volumes. The card shows the number of services that you have requested, grouped by status, and lets you request new ones. - Quick Access card
All main actions and essential resources at your fingertips: contact the Customer Interaction Center, Manage S-Users, Download Software, and many more.- Get Started and learn more about support and services from SAP.
- Product Onboarding. Get support content for your software product versions, collected from various websites, such as SAP KBAs, Guided Answers, and SAP Help Portal content.
- Upcoming Events
Find a list of all upcoming support-related events sorted by date: Maintenance dates for your cloud solutions, maintenance deliveries for on-premise, or Schedule an Expert sessions with an SAP support expert.
