Live Preventative Recommendations Application
The Live Preventative Recommendations(opens in new tab) application lists urgent and important support-related information for your systems so that you can anticipate and mitigate potential risks and react immediately for your software solution landscape. There are four types:
- Preventative support solutions are those KBAs that are identified by artificial intelligence (AI) services to notify you of a potential issue with your software.
- Critical KBAs and notes are support solutions that SAP Support experts have identified for critical issues. They aim to prevent severe business impact to customers and are tagged accordingly.
- Hot are KBAs and notes that SAP Support experts have identified as helpful and tagged accordingly.
- Trending are KBAs and notes that rank high in the list of most-read documents. A spike in the number of visits to a particular KBA or note can indicate a looming issue.
