Quick Access Card
The Services & Support dashboard's Quick Access card helps you find all main actions and essential resources in one single place.
Procedure
On the Services & Support Overview tab, navigate to the Quick Access card. It provides you with links to the following important content:
Main Actions
- Customer Interaction Center – For non-technical issues and assistance, reach out to the CIC via phone, mail, or chat.
- MyNotes – Access relevant SAP Knowledge Base Articles and SAP Notes in one place:
- Expert Search – Search for specific notes using a variety of filter criteria (and the option to save them for your next visits).
- New SAP Notes & KBAs – If there are relevant new SAP Notes or KBAs similar to a note that you've read before, you can see these new notes. Select a new note for more information.
- Updated SAP Notes & KBAs – If there's an updated SAP Note or KBA for a note that you've read before, you can see these updates. Select an updated note for more information.
- Favorite SAP Notes & KBAs Card – Notes that you marked as favorites. If one of the favorite notes changes, this is shown on the card.
- Recently Viewed SAP Notes & KBAs – Check all notes that you have viewed recently on the Recently Viewed page.
- SAP Security Notes – Review SAP Security Notes and important action items to help you maintain your system security. Select a note to see changes, download or export, email, notes. Save notes as favorites.
- Manage S-Users – Access key contacts information, both in your company and at SAP, and manage S-users in your company.
- Download Software – Check installations, upgrades, support packages, patches and databases.
- Request License Keys – See information on your license keys, SAP software change request (SSCR) keys, development namespaces, and migration keys.
- Check Cloud Service Availability – See events that can affect your cloud system availability.
- Manage Remote Connection – View and manage remote connections. Remote access lets SAP Support quickly diagnose and solve cases you report or deliver services to your systems.
- Services & Support Reporting – Holistic analytical overview of your product portfolio, support entitlements, cases, landscape and more.
- Find Product Documentation – Navigate to the SAP Help Portal for all available SAP product documentation.
- SAP Legal Change Notes – See legal changes that may affect you, notes that may be required to maintain compliance with governing authorities in your country
- SAP HotNews – See a complete list of priority 1 (very high priority) SAP Notes to learn how to avoid and resolve problems with your SAP systems.
- Support Log Assistant – Analyze text files such as logs, configuration files or traces automatically to suggest solutions to known issues found in the files.
- Regulatory Change Manager – Monitore and track upcoming regulatory changes and its business impact for relevant SAP products.
- Get Started – Learn more about support and services from SAP.
- Product Onboarding – Get support content for your software product versions, collected from various websites, such as SAP KBAs, Guided Answers, and SAP Help Portal content.
