When you open any SAP Note or KBA, you can add it as a Favorite by clicking the star icon in the header. By doing so, it is added to the My SAP Notes & KBAs application.

In the KBAs & Note tab, the Favorite Notes Card(opens in new tab) displays an overview of your favorited notes. Clicking on the card opens up the page with further details and options.

Go to Services & Support → KBAs & Notes tab → Favorite SAP Notes & KBAs card.

You land on the My Favorites tab of the My Notes area.

• The list of all your favorite notes and important attributes are displayed in table format. The default sorting order is by Released On date with the most recently changed note at the top. 
• Favorite notes that have been updated since your last visit are highlighted using bold font and a Changed icon.
• Using the Remove function, you can unmark a note as favorite and remove it from the list.
• If favorite notes get more than 10 items, a search field appears to quickly assist with finding the notes you want.
