Availability Tab

The Availability tab shows events that can affect your cloud system availability.

 

Procedure

From the sidebar, select Systems & Provisioning → Availability tab. It has these cards:

  • Availability Status card
    By default lists unavailable cloud systems with status Disrupted, Degraded, Maintenance, or Under Investigation. Select All to get an overview of all systems' status.
  • Systems Eligible for Credit Claim card
    List of public cloud systems which broke SLA in the previous month.
  • Requested Credit Claims card
    List of all public cloud systems with any ongoing credit claims requests.
  • Events card
    Gives an overview of past and future events, both planned (such as major upgrades or maintenance) and unplanned (like service disruptions or degradations), with a potential impact on your cloud systems.
  • Availability Reporting card
    See information on the availability of all your SAP systems for the past 12 months.
  • Concur Service Status card
    Check for real-time service availability and performance information in the SAP Concur Open Service Status Dashboard.
