Requested Credit Claims Card

The Requested Credit Claim card lists all public cloud systems with any ongoing credit claim requests within 12 months, to make the monitoring easier.

Procedure

  1. From the sidebar, select Systems & Provisioning →  Availability tab → Requested Credit Claims card. 
  2. Select a System Number in the list of systems to go to the System Details page.  
  3. In case a request is rejected, select the Status to see more details. 

Required Authorization

You require Edit System Data or Display System Data authorization on the installation of the cloud system to view the Requested Credit Claim card.
