Systems Eligible for Credit Claim card

The Systems Eligible for Credit Claim card gives an overview of cloud systems for which SAP fails to meet the service level agreement (SLA) outlined in the cloud contract.

 

Procedure

  1. From the sidebar, select Systems & Provisioning → Availability tab → Systems Eligible for Credit Claim card. 
  2. Select the filter criteria you want at the top of the Systems Eligible for Credit Claim list. 
  3. Select a System Number in the list of systems to go to the system details page. 
  4. Click Request to request credit claim for the system and the mentioned month. 
    You can also select multiple entries to request several claims at once.
     

Required Authorization

Users who have Edit System Data or Display System Data authorization on the installation of the cloud system can view the eligible system in the card. 

Users who have Report Incident authorization can request the credit claim.
