Users & Contacts Dashboard

The Users & Contacts(opens in new tab) dashboard lets you access key contacts information, both in your company and at SAP, and allows administrators to manage S-users in your company.

Procedure

From the sidebar, select Users & Contacts. The dashboard has the following tabs and cards:

  • Overview tab:
    • SAP Contacts card:
      See your SAP contacts that are relevant to you and your products and get in touch.
    • Manage Users and Authorizations card:
      User administrators, in particular super and cloud administrators, can request and manage S-user IDs for your company, change user data, grant or revoke authorizations, run reports, and more. Administrators can also see the number of tasks that require their attention on the card. Learn more.
    • SAP Passport card:
      To benefit from single sign on, select Renew your passport to install an SAP Passport browser certificate on your computer to easily sign in to SAP for Me and other SAP sites with your S-user ID. 
    • Manage Service Partner Users card:
      If you are a cloud customer administrator, you can invite your partner S-users to create support cases on behalf of your company.
    • ECS Contacts card:
      Lets SAP Enterprise Cloud Services customers maintain their contact information by themselves.
    • Global SAP User Groups card:
      Connect with SAP customers and industry and technology experts from SAP and our partners through SAP user groups.
  • Partner Contacts tab:
    • Manage User Authorization Assignments card:
      View a summary of your company's user authorization groups. Get alerted if there are no users assigned to some roles or if authorizations are due to expire.
    • Partner Contact Notifications card:
      Empowers Partner Security Managers to view a summary of the notification groups configured at their organization. Additionally, managers can maintain (add, remove, and update the default contact) notification group recipients in real-time.
    • Service Partner User Cockpit card:
      Lets SAP partners accept an invitation to create support cases on behalf of a customer, simply by using their existing partner S-user IDs. This application is related to Manage Service Partner Users.
  • My Important Contacts tab:
    See a list of people in your company holding an important function, such as administrators and security contacts, often serving as point of contact for SAP concerning a particular topic. More ...
