Joule is an intelligent AI assistant that serves as your unified entry point into SAP for Me. Using conversational and agentic AI, Joule delivers effortless navigation, advanced self-service capabilities, personalized support, and quick task execution, enhancing your experience and productivity.

Joule is being rolled-out gradually and so you may not be able to use it just yet. All users will have access in the very near future.

Getting Started

Simply start a conversation with Joule by typing your question or request in natural language. Joule understands conversational queries, so you can interact as you would with a colleague, no need for specific commands or syntax.

For best results:

  • Be specific about what you want to accomplish.
  • Include relevant details when describing technical issues.
  • Use natural language – Joule is designed to understand how you naturally communicate.

Joule understands your intent and navigates you directly to the right location in SAP for Me to complete your task.

What you can do:

  • Ask "where" questions to locate specific features or sections.
  • Get taken to the exact spot you need without manual navigation.

  • "Where do I find . . . ?"
  • "Where can I manage my entitlements?"

Rapid Information and Analytics

Joule provides instant answers and information directly within your conversation, while also pointing you to the relevant content in SAP for Me for further details.

What you can do*:

  • Get quick answers to "how-to" questions and procedural guidance.
  • View snapshots of your support situation.
  • Access case analytics grouped by status, product, or action required.
  • Receive step-by-step instructions for common tasks.

Note:  For more complex tasks, Joule will seamlessly hand over to the appropriate dedicated application in SAP for Me.

  • Seamlessly create support cases when no existing solution is found.
  • Automatically transfer all conversation details to the new case, eliminating the need to rewrite your issue.

How it works:

  • You describe your technical issue
  • Joule analyzes the situation and searches for resolutions.
  • If a solution is found, Joule provides troubleshooting steps.
  • If no satisfactory solution exists, Joule offers to create a support case with all details pre-filled.

Joule can execute simple, high-impact business tasks directly through conversation, focusing on actions that save you time and effort.
