Users & Contacts

Users & Contacts

"Users and Contacts" is a centralized application for managing users, assigning S-user authorizations, and administering landscape-specific functions while ensuring compliance and providing consistent guidance for access management.

Access to Landscape Hub is granted via authorizations managed in Users & Contacts, with landscape specific functions requiring upstream identity provisioning, and external changes may affect available roles and functions.

Skyline

Skyline

"Skyline" is an intuitive application that provides a comprehensive, real-time view of the landscape. By visualizing the environment in its current (“as-is”) state, it enables users to quickly understand system structures, relationships, and status across all levels.

Skyline application reduces complexity by presenting relevant information in a unified view, helping users identify dependencies, navigate environments efficiently, and respond faster to issues.

Landscape Gantt

Landscape Gantt

The "Landscape Gantt" application is a visual timeline tool that displays SAP landscape information—including contract lifecycles, system lifecycles, planned changes, and dependencies—in an interactive chronological chart for lifecycle management and planning visibility.

It provides strategic value by transforming landscape management into a proactive, coordinated discipline through timeline visibility, enabling better planning, risk reduction, stakeholder alignment, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.

Fund Consumption Report

Fund Consumption Report
