Landscape Hub Access Setup: Email Notifications and Administrator Onboarding
Purpose: This guide helps administrators add new users and contacts to the SAP Landscape Hub and assign appropriate authorizations and functions to access Landscape Operations.
1. Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure you have:
Administrator access. S-User Super Admins / Cloud Admins will have default Administrator access (Users & Contacts Admin Authorization) to SAP Landscape Hub. Once welcome e-mail is sent to such administrators, one of them should login to Landscape Hub to add other S-Users and manage authorizations/functions for themselves or other S-Users
S-User IDs for users who require full system access
A clear understanding of the roles and functions needed for each team member
Contact information for your Client Delivery Manager (CDM) for support
2. Access & Navigation Steps
Users can access the Landscape Hub application using one of the following methods:
Method 1: Access via Email Notification Link
Super Administrators can access Landscape Hub using the URL provided in the email notification they receive. Regular users will not be able to access the application through this link, as they do not have the required authorizations assigned.
Method 2: Access via SAP for Me
Logon to SAP for Me: https://me.sap.com/home using your administrator credentials
Click on: “Portfolio Products”, and later “My Product Portfolio”
Choose tile: “Landscape Hub”
Landscape Hub will open in a new window.
Navigate to the Users & Contacts Application from the main dashboard
This application serves as your central hub for managing user access and authorizations
