Users & Contacts

Users and Contacts is a centralized application for managing users, assigning S-user authorizations, and administering landscape-specific functions while ensuring compliance and providing consistent guidance for access management.

Skyline

Skyline is an intuitive application that provides a comprehensive, real-time view of the landscape. By visualizing the environment in its current (“as-is”) state, it enables users to quickly understand system structures, relationships, and status across all levels.

Gantt

Gantt is an interactive timeline tool that visualizes SAP landscape information—including contract and system lifecycles, planned changes, and dependencies—providing clear visibility for planning and lifecycle management.

Fund Consumption Report

The Fund Consumption Report is frequently referred to as the Digital Balance Statement. Fund owners are authorized to access this report in SAP Customer self-service (CSS) portal.

Customer Onboarding Form

Customer Onboarding Form (COF) is a standardized document used to capture essential customer information during onboarding, serving as a central repository for customer details, business requirements, compliance needs, and technical landscape information.
