Install the SAP for Me mobile app:

Once you have entered the app, you need an SAP user ID to log on to SAP for Me. This can be:

  • an S-user ID generated by an administrator at your company or
  • an SAP Universal ID linked to an S-user ID.

Procedure

  1. When opening the SAP for Me mobile app for the first time, you have to give consent to the End User License Agreement and the Privacy Statement.
  2. Log in with your SAP Universal ID or S-user ID.
  3. Choose a passcode. The passcode is an easy way to log on to the app without your SAP Universal ID or S-user ID on your next visits. The passcode must:
    • Consist of at least 8 characters
    • Include at least one lower-case character (a-z)
    • Include at least one upper-case character (A-Z)
    • Include at least one digit (0-9)
  4. After setting a passcode, you are asked to enable Biometric recognition (Face recognition and Fingerprint recognition) which bypasses the need to go through passcode validation. You can turn this feature on or off in device Settings.
