Notifications on Mobile
Scope
In SAP for Me, you can see notifications for the following:
- SAP Support Case
Status changes for your reported cases.
- SAP Cloud Availability
Availability status changes for your cloud systems. You must subscribe your cloud systems and manage notification in the SAP for Me - System & Provisioning – Get Notified. - SAP Community
Updates from the SAP Community(opens in new tab).
The above three types of notifications in the SAP for Me mobile app can be turned on or off in the app’s Settings. The default setting is turned on. If you don’t want to receive notifications for case, Cloud System, or SAP Community, you can turn off any one of these three.
Procedure
- On the SAP for Me mobile app Overview page, tap Notifications to go to the notification page.
- Choose any notification item you are intrested in. For SAP Support Case, you enter the Case Detail page. For Cloud System, you enter the Event Detail page. For SAP Community, you navigate to the Community content.
- Go to the Me page in the app and tap Settings. Here, you can adjust the app theme, change your language, and manage your notification settings.
