Shows To-Do and To-Watch list with the tasks that require action and attention.

Scope

The Focused Page is divided into two sections: 

  • To Do
    Serving as reminders for tasks that require you to take actions today. It displays:
    • Scheduled Expert or Manager calls (SaE / SaM) – Click the Join button directly from the list to launch the Microsoft Teams app or access the Event Detail page for more actions.
      Note: Joining requires Microsoft Teams to be installed on your device.
    • Your Own Cases – For cases in the status of Customer Action, Partner Customer Action, or SAP Proposed Solution. Tap any case to navigate to the Case Detail page, where you can reply to SAP, provide requested information, or close the case once resolved.
       
  • To Watch
    Provides important information including:
    • Cloud System Availability – Displays events of cloud system where event types are Service Degradation, Service Disruption and Functional Degradation. Tap ‘Tracking’ to view the event timeline. Or tap to enter an event detail page to view comprehensive details regarding the outage event. Resolved events remain visible for 24 hours for your reference before being automatically cleared.
    • Calendar – Displays license key expiry events. Tap the event to enter the Event Detail page for specific license information.
    • Case Management – High or very high cases created by others in the same company as you and currently in the status of Customer Action, Partner Customer Action, or SAP Proposed Solution. Tap to enter the Case Detail page to monitor progress or perform necessary actions.
    • Provisioning – Provide a status overview of Provisioning Triggered, Request Submitted, Error and System Provided. The Provisioning Products are listed under each Status:  
      • Provisioning Triggered – The provisioning request is sent to SAP.
      • Request Submitted – The provisioning process has started.
      • System Provided – The tenant has been successfully provisioned and is ready for use. You can view the provisioned system number and their system role. Tapping a system number navigates you directly to the System Detail page. Only systems provisioned within the past 24 hours are displayed here.
      • Error – An issue occurred during the provisioning progress. Please review the details or contact support.


        You can dive deeper into the provisioning details by interacting with the list:
        Tap a Status – Navigates to the Provisioning list page, automatically filtered to show only Provisioning Product matching that status.
        Tap a Specific Provisioning Product – Navigates to the Provisioning list page, filtered to show all related to that specific product.
