Support Knowledge Base Search on Mobile

Find SAP Notes and SAP Knowledge Base Articles that answer common support queries.  An AI Generated summary helps you to quickly point you to the most helpful sources. 

Scope

Two types of data sources are supported:

  • SAP Notes
  • SAP Knowledge Base Articles

Procedure

  1. On the SAP for Me mobile app Overview page, tap Search to go to the support Knowledge Base Search page.
  2. Enter a search term in the Search in Knowledge Base field, then tap Search.
  3. Tap an SAP Note or SAP Knowledge Base Article (KBA) from the search result list to see more details.
    On the result list you can scroll down to see more search results.
    Each result item shows a general summary by default.
  4. Tap Switch-On (top-right) to show AI Generated summaries.
  5. Tap an SAP Note or KBA from the search result list to see more details.
  6. On the Detail page, tap the Language icon to choose another language.
    Notes are available in nine languages: English, German, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian, Chinese, and Korean.
