Before you can monitor your processes with Business Process Monitoring in SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management, you have to connect your subscribed SAP cloud services to your SAP Cloud ALM instance.
For SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Suite you need ST-A/PI version > 01U_731.
