Required Authorization
To see some cards, special authorizations are required that must be assigned by the Super Administrator directly.
Consumption Tab
Use the Consumption tab to see your license compliance details for your Public Cloud, Private Cloud and On-Premise Consumption.
Super Administrator authorizations are required for the following cards:
- Access License Utilization for Cloud
- Access License Utilization for Private Cloud
- Access License Utilization for On-Premise

Procedure
Go to Finance & Legal → Consumption tab. It is divided into two sections with respective cards underneath:
- Metric Consumption
- Public Cloud Consumption card

- System Measurement Portal Page – Overview of On-Premise Measurement process for users, engines, and self-declaration products.
- License Utilization Information Page – Get access to information about license entitlements, software usage, and License Audit Measurement Service on the SAP Support Portal.
- Law Result File – Displays and explains the structure and content of the XML result file, which contains measurement results sent to SAP after the audit.
- SAP Private Cloud Metering Portal Page – Overview of SAP Private Cloud Metering Process for users, engines and self-declaration products.
