The Cloud Availability Center and Cloud System Notification Subscriptions are available for a large number of cloud products. With very few exceptions, they report their communicated availability in the Cloud Availability Center.
To access Cloud Availability, you need to log on into SAP for Me(opens in new tab) with an S-user ID that has the authorization Display System Data or Edit System Data assigned to it (see KBA 2587408(opens in new tab)). You can find the process details in the Online Help.

The SAP S-user ID is a unique number that SAP uses for identification of customers and partners on its web portals and databases. For example, you need an S-user ID to access the SAP for Me.
If you know your company’s user administrators, you can contact them to request an ID for you. If you do not know who your user administrators are, contact SAP Support.
When your product is provisioned in production, the system is given a Company and Tenant ID. The Company ID was generated by SAP or by the system implementer. If the Company ID is blank, then no name was given to your system at implementation. The Tenant ID is generated by our systems when your product was first provisioned.
You can provide feedback by using the SAP for Me Contact Us(opens in new tab) feature at the bottom of the page.
Below are the different notifications/notification types to which our customers may subscribe with explanations based on type of notification.
Customer Communication: This notification type serves to share supplementary system information that is not directly related to planned and unplanned downtime. Please be aware that this communication may contain information that requires your action (e.g., certificate renewal).
Disruption / Degradation: Service disruptions and service degradations refer to situations when your SAP cloud service(s) are unavailable or experience a decline in performance.
Functional Degradation: A particular application functionality or workflow is experiencing an issue. The overall application/service is running and performing as expected. For example: Users are unable to upload attachments which contain a special character in the file name)
Major Upgrade: Major upgrades are substantial improvements to your system that typically last longer than regular maintenance downtimes. All major upgrade windows are published here: https://support.sap.com/en/my-support/systems-installations/cac/maintenance-windows.html.
Maintenance: This includes both regular maintenance activities and planned downtimes that occur outside the regular maintenance and the major upgrade window. All regular maintenance windows are published here: https://support.sap.com/en/my-support/systems-installations/cac/maintenance-windows.html

For the majority of products, you can only view production systems in the Cloud Availability section. Your viewable systems are tied to your customer number and accessed based on your S-user ID. If you are an administrator with multiple systems and have another S-user ID, use the other ID to access other systems that belong to a separate customer number (subsidiaries, different Line of Business, etc.). Contact an administrator in your company and request additional privileges. Also check the Supported Products list in this page.
Your S-user ID needs to have the Display System Data or Edit System Data authorization assigned to it (see KBA 2587408(opens in new tab)). These authorizations are also required to see the SAP Cloud Services' availability data in the Cloud Availability Center.
The Cloud Service Availability Notifications application consolidates many existing cloud service-specific subscription options. In some of these tools, the S-user ID was not required for the creation of a subscription. These subscriptions were migrated to this tool.
