* Currently only Greater China and Middle & Eastern Europe regions have been activated for SAP SuccessFactors. For all the remaining regions, the application will be available in November 2018.
The License Utilization Information Application provides a comprehensive overview of SAP license entitlements and SAP software usage for SAP Public Cloud and SAP S/4HANA On-Premise customers.
The Cloud Order view will be temporarily unavailable, starting on Wednesday, 5th of December 2018, 4:00 am CET until (planned) 7:00 am CET.
SAP currently grants access to all SAP S/4HANA On-Premise direct customers that have purchased at least one of the below SAP S/4HANA user types
and SAP Cloud customers of the following dedicated SAP Cloud Content Areas:
Enter the License Utilization Information Application (LUI) to get an overview of your company's current license usage and license entitlement, either through SAP ONE Support Launchpad or directly through the Application.
Please note: Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) Enterprise Mode is not supported and there might be limitations to the application. It is recommended to use another browser (e.g. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox).
If you are not authorized to access the application, follow the instructions in the pop-up window on how to request access rights.
SAP On-Premise customers need to prepare and perform a system measurement before the license usage vs. entitlement is shown in the License Utilization Information Application.
For all SAP Public Cloud lines of business, the application takes regular snapshots of the usage automatically, therefore no system measurement is required.
Relevant for SAP S/4HANA On-Premise customers only
In order to use the License Utilization Information Application, it is required to first carry out a system measurement.
The License Utilization Preparation Area (LUPA) needs to be accessed before the actual system measurement can take place. The application helps to collect all relevant information that is needed to plan and prepare the measurement.
