Prerequisites

In order to use Cloud ALM for Service, you have to get your tenant ready for service delivery. This includes:

making the choice whether or not you want to use Cloud ALM for Service (usually done by the persona "Service Administrator")
in case you want to use it, creating a user for the Service Administrator persona and assigning the correct authorizations
creating end users and assigning the correct authorizations.
