Currently the following monitoring application are supported for the SAP Mobile Services:
The integration between SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Mobile Services is orchestrated by SAP-Managed Connectivity. This uses our OpenTelemetry-based data collection infrastructure to report monitoring data to SAP Cloud ALM. To activate the data collection, you must only activate monitoring in the SAP Cloud ALM app. You must also give consent for the data exchange by activating monitoring in the respective monitoring application.
Please note: In the past, there was an additional registration procedure with service type "SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry environment" or ""SAP BTP, Neo environment". If you are still using this service type, you need to change to service type SAP Mobile services by deleting the current configuration and setting up the system again.
