Dedicated remote SAP team for set-up, planning, and delivery of secure support services, handling defined exceptions in the support collaboration with SAP.

Dedicated security-cleared contact for planning, and delivery of secure support and SAP Enterprise Support services, handling exceptions in the support collaboration with SAP.

Secure remote access for root-cause analysis to customer systems in case processing out of defined countries, locations based on requirements defined by customer.

Secure remote access for service delivery out of defined countries, locations or passport holders based on requirements defined by customer.

Support staff with security clearance.

Support delivery out of highly secured rooms in SAP locations.
