The License Utilization Information page was created to provide a comprehensive overview of SAP license entitlements and SAP software usage for SAP Public Cloud and SAP On-Premise customers in the SAP for Me platform under the Finance & Legal Dashboard.
Enter the SAP for Me Consumption Tab to get an overview of your company's current license usage and license entitlement.
Note: Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) Enterprise Mode is not supported. It is recommended to use another browser (e.g. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox).
Super Administrators have access to the SAP for Me – Finance & Legal – Consumption Tab. In order to be able to access consumption information the following profiles must be assigned to each S User:
Access License Utilization for Cloud
Access License Utilization for onPrem
Contact your Super Administrator user to assign the profiles.
This video introduces the main features on the Consumption Tab in SAP for Me and provides information on how to analyze the available data for SAP Cloud and On-Premise.
Access to the application is given to all SAP customers. If your access is not granted, please contact SAP via case in the application.
Upload functionality of the measurement results for Legacy contracts (Sybase, BusinessObjects, etc.) is not available. However, the licenses of those Legacy contracts are visible in the Order View section in the Finance & Legal Dashboard.

If you are not authorized to access the application, follow the instructions in the pop-up window on how to request access rights.
SAP On-Premise customers need to prepare and perform a system measurement before the license usage vs. entitlement is shown in the License Utilization Information Application.
For all SAP Public Cloud lines of business, the application takes regular snapshots of the usage automatically, therefore no system measurement is required.
SAP On-Premise customers need to carry out a system measurement at first to display an overview of SAP License Entitlement and SAP Software Usage.
