SAP Task Center

This page explains how to connect SAP Task Center to SAP Focused Run to enable monitoring.

Currently, the following monitoring application is supported for SAP Task Center:

Prerequisites

The following technical prerequisites have to be met in order to monitor this scenario:

  • SAP Focused Run 5.0 SP00
  • SAP Cloud ALM subscription
  • Subscription for SAP Task Center
  • Make sure your SAP Task Center is visible in the Landscape Management of your SAP Cloud ALM tenant
  • Ensure that you configured the SAP Focused Run reverse proxy in SAP Cloud ALM and enable the landscape sync during the reverse proxy setup.

Setup for SAP Task Center

SAP Task Center already uses our new OpenTelemetry@SAP infrastructure for monitoring data collection.

To enable the monitoring for your SAP Task Center, only two steps are necessary:

  1. Setup OpenTelemetry@SAP via SAP Focused Run Proxy
  2. Activate the monitoring for the SAP Task Center tenant in Real User Monitoring.
