SAP Mobile Services

This page explains how to connect SAP Mobile Services to SAP Focused Run to enable monitoring.

Currently, the following monitoring application is supported for SAP Mobile Services:

Prerequisites

The following technical prerequisites have to be met in order to monitor this scenario:

  • SAP Focused Run 5.0 SP00
  • SAP Cloud ALM subscription
  • Subscription for SAP Mobile Services
  • Make sure your SAP Mobile Services is visible in the Landscape Management of your SAP Cloud ALM tenant
  • Ensure that you configured the SAP Focused Run reverse proxy in SAP Cloud ALM and enable the landscape sync during the reverse proxy setup.

SAP Mobile Services

SAP Mobile Services already uses our new OpenTelemetry@SAP infrastructure for monitoring data collection.

To enable the monitoring for your SAP Mobile Services, only two steps are necessary:

  1. Setup OpenTelemetry@SAP via SAP Focused Run Proxy
  2. Activate the monitoring for the SAP Mobile Services in Configuration & Security Analysis.
