Prerequisites

The following technical prerequisites have to be met in order to monitor this scenario:

  • SAP Focused Run 5.0 SP00
  • SAP Cloud ALM subscription
  • Subscription for SAP Intelligent Clinical Supply Management
  • Make sure your SAP Intelligent Clinical Supply Management is visible in the Landscape Management of your SAP Cloud ALM tenant
  • Ensure that you configured the SAP Focused Run reverse proxy in SAP Cloud ALM and enable the landscape sync during the reverse proxy setup.

SAP Intelligent Clinical Supply Management

SAP Intelligent Clinical Supply Management already uses our new OpenTelemetry@SAP infrastructure for monitoring data collection.

To enable the monitoring for your SAP Intelligent Clinical Supply Management, only two steps are necessary:

  1. Setup OpenTelemetry@SAP via SAP Focused Run Proxy
  2. Activate the monitoring for the SAP Intelligent Clinical Supply Management tenant in Real User Monitoring.
