Prerequisites

The following technical prerequisites have to be met in order to monitor this scenario:

  • SAP Focused Run 4.0 FP02
  • SAP Cloud ALM subscription
  • Subscription for SAP Batch Release Hub for Life Sciences
  • Make sure your SAP Batch Release Hub for Life Sciences is visible in the Landscape Management of your SAP Cloud ALM tenant
  • Ensure that you configured the SAP Focused Run reverse proxy in SAP Cloud ALM and enable the landscape sync during the reverse proxy setup.

Setup for SAP Batch Release Hub for Life Sciences

SAP Batch Release Hub for Life Sciences already uses our new OpenTelemetry@SAP infrastructure for monitoring data collection.

To enable the monitoring for your SAP Batch Release Hub for Life Sciences validation environment, only two steps are necessary:

  1. Setup OpenTelemetry@SAP via SAP Focused Run Proxy
  2. Activate the monitoring for the SAP Batch Release Hub for Life Sciences tenant in Integration & Exception Monitoring
