Currently, the following monitoring application is supported for SAP Revenue Growth Management:

Prerequisites

  • You have a subscription for SAP Revenue Growth Management.
  • The SAP Revenue Growth Management tenant has already been imported into SAP Cloud ALM and is available in Landscape Management.

Setup Steps in SAP Cloud ALM

The integration between SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Cloud services like SAP Revenue Growth Management is orchestrated by SAP-Managed Connectivity. This uses our OpenTelemetry-based data collection infrastructure to report monitoring data to SAP Cloud ALM. To activate the data collection, you must only activate the monitoring in the SAP Cloud ALM app. It is mandatory, that you give consent for the data exchange by activating monitoring in the respective monitoring application. 

Activate the Monitoring Data Collection for Business Process Monitoring

As a Process Monitoring Administrator you can activate and deactivate the data collection for services and systems directly in the Business Process Monitoring:

  • Open Scope Selector (top-right of the window 'Select a Scope')
  • Run a filtered search by selecting Toggle filter bar option, with the following criteria:
    • Service Status field with selected “Configured (Active)” or “Not Configured”,
    • Service Type field select the corresponding service, afterwards press Go.
  • Select the relevant managed component, and click on Apply.
  • Lastly, select the configuration option (gear wheel icon at top-right of the window) to activate the Data Collection. At first, it will be switched off.
    • On the right section drill down to Configuration → Managed Components → Services / Systems.
