Event Details Page

The event details page helps you track the progress of events, including event type, start/end time, duration, notifications, and affected systems.

You can access the event details page wherever maintenance events, disruptions, or degradations are listed. For example, from the:

Procedure
  1. From the sidebar, select Systems & Provisioning → Availability tab → Events Card.
  2. Select an Event ID to go to the event details page. It has these cards, grouped into different tabs:
    • Notifications tab
      • Notifications card:
        To read the full notification about the selected event.
    • Preventative Measure Tracking tab
      • Preventative Measures card
        To find the real-time updates on the status of preventive measures outlined in the Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
    • Affected tab
      • Affected Systems card:
        • Enter a system in Find Systems to search for affected systems or filter by Customer.
        • Select the System ID to go to the system details page.
        • Export the list to an .xlsx file on your computer.
      • Affected Bundles card:
        • Select the Bundle Name to go to the bundle details page.
