The Portfolio & Products(opens in new tab) dashboard lets you easily manage all your on-premise and cloud products in your SAP product portfolio and provides a comprehensive overview of your products, including usage, roadmaps, and innovations. 

 

1. From the sidebar, select Portfolio & Products. 
2. Select one of the tabs listed below:

• Overview tab:
  • My Product Portfolio card – View the number of all SAP products purchased by your company or corporate group. Select a number (Cloud, On-Premise, Hybrid, or Favorites) to navigate to the My Product Portfolio tab, where the My Purchased Products list is automatically pre-filtered by the selected category.
  • SAP Product Catalog card – You can see the total number of materials in the SAP Product Catalog and the number of all cloud and on-premise materials. Select a number on the SAP Product Product Catalog card to go to the SAP Product Catalog full page. 
    
    
  • My Product Packages card – You can see your entitled SAP products and packages that are ready for use.
    
    To manage the provisioning and integration of the applications within the listed products and packages, click on an entry in the card. This directs you to the Provisioning and Integration dashboard of the selected product or package.
    If you cannot see your product or package in this card, click View all to go directly to the My Product Packages tab.
    
    Note:  You must have the required authorizations by installation number to view your products and packages in the card. For authorization details, see Required Authorizations(opens in new tab).
    
    
  • Find Compliance Documents card - Go to Compliance Document Finder to explore SAP Compliance Offerings, product certificates, SOC reports, and attestations.
    
    Note:  This card requires Access Compliance Documents authorization to enter the Compliance Document Finder full page.
     
• My Product Portfolio tab
  See all your purchased SAP products (both cloud and on-premise), type, license materials, orders, systems, and metrics for your company or corporate group (if applicable). Discover Partner Solutions, inquiries, and deals to expand your SAP ecosystem.
• My Product Packages tab
  See all the SAP products and packages that you’re entitled to use. Products and packages are listed by category.
  Click on a listed product or package to open the Provisioning and Integration dashboard where you can manage the provisioning and integration of the entitled applications of the selected product or package. Use the Customer Landscape entry to integrate using formations the applications you've purchased.
  
• Product Usage tab
  Get an overview of the products which offer Functional Usage data and visit the dedicated detail pages for Usage per product. 
• Business AI tab
  Allows you to see all the AI features available to you in SAP for Me. You can also trigger a request for activation of one of the AI features.
  
• Explore Products tab
  Get an overview of and try relevant products that are not currently in your SAP product portfolio.
• Get Onboarded tab
  Gives access to product-specific onboarding resources and related sections or cards for select product categories.
