Compliance Documents Finder

The Compliance Documents Finder(opens in new tab) page shows all your entitled SAP compliance documents including certifications, attestations, and SOC reports relevant for your purchased products as well as offering download functions for these documents.

Procedure

Note: This card requires the Access Compliance Documents authorization to enter the Compliance Document Finder full page.

Go to Portfolio & Products → Overview tab → Find Compliance Documents access card.
Click the card to open the Compliance Document Finder full page.

Features

General

Header area to filter items by Compliance Offering, Document Title, Compliance Entity, or Assessment Period / Issue Date.
Navigation link to Review Audit Cycles for Compliance Offerings in My Trust Center News.
Use Search... to find compliance documents.
Use Download Document to download and open compliance documents on your device.
Click Collapse [–] to collapse the header and hide the filter options.
Select Pin Header to make the header remain visible while you scroll through the compliance documents list.

Columns with Filter Functions

Compliance Offering – The regulation, law, or industry standard.
Document Title – The title of the compliance document.
Compliance Entity – The SAP product or service.
Assessment Period / Issue Date – The issue date of the compliance document.

Sort Columns

Ascending / Descending sort order.
Sort by visible columns.

Group Items

Items can be grouped in the Compliance Documents Finder list using Group.

Ascending / Descending group order.
Group by Columns – Compliance Offering, Document Title, Compliance Entity or Assessment Period / Issue Date.
Not Grouped – Disable grouping.

Excel Export

Download full list of your entitled Compliance Documents into Excel.

Compliance Documents Display Conditions and Exceptions

The Compliance Documents Finder page only displays your entitled documents. The lists may be empty for the following reasons:

Only customers with an active contract of a product or service during the time covered by the compliance document’s assessment period, are entitled to view the respective compliance document.

Solution – If you are a prospective customer of a product or service, you may still be eligible to receive a compliance document. Please request a copy of the compliance document by visiting the SAP Trust Center and filling out the respective request form.
You are entitled to view a compliance document, but the data is not available in SAP for Me.

Solution – Please request a copy of the compliance document by visiting the SAP Trust Center and filling out the respective request form. Get in touch with your SAP contact to request the compliance document to be added to SAP for Me.

Terms of Use

If you are an SAP customer of the Cloud Services, partner for the Cloud Services, reseller of the Cloud Services, or other complementary service provider for the Cloud Services, you may distribute this document solely to user entities with whom you have agreements in relation to the Cloud Services (Downstream User Entities).
