My Purchased Products Card

The My Purchased Products(opens in new tab) card lists all your SAP products, both cloud and on-premise, and important metrics for your company or, if your company is a Customer Center of Expertise (Customer CoE) customer, for the corporate group your S-user belongs to.
 


Procedure

  1. Go to Customer Dashboards → Portfolio & Products → My Product Portfolio tab → My Purchased Products card.
  2. On the My Purchased Products card, you can:
    • Select your products that you want to mark as Favorites.
    • Search your products by product name.
    • Select the customer account with the Filter By Customer function in the Filter dialog.
    • Filter by one, more, or all product types with the Filter By Type function in the Filter dialog (with product types: Cloud, On-Premise, Hybrid, or Private Cloud).
    • Filter by one, more, or all sub-solution areas with the Filter By Sub-Solution Area in the Filter dialog.
    • Check the Favorites only box to only see your favorite products.
    • Export your product list to a Microsoft Excel .xlsx file on your computer.
  3. Select a Product Name, License Materials number, Orders number, or Systems number in the list to see more detailed information on the product details page.
  4. If a purchased product is found in several accounts of a corporate group, click the +More link in the Customer column to view the respective customer accounts.

Note: The corporate group-related features (Customer column, filter by customer function) are only provided for S-users with access to accounts in a corporate group.
