In many lists you can indicate that specific entries are of particular interest to you by using the Mark as Favorite feature.

Anywhere you see the star-shaped Mark as Favorite icon to the left of a list item, for instance in product or system lists, you can select it to add the item to your favorites.

Many cards in SAP for Me let you filter by favorites by selecting the Favorites only box at the top of the list,  thus narrowing down the list to those entries that are most relevant to you.

The Favorites card on the Home page lists all items in SAP for Me that you have marked as favorite.
