Billing Tab

The Billing tab lets you manage your invoices and payments. You can see your invoices and easily pay them by credit card.

Procedure

From the sidebar, select Finance & Legal → Billing tab. It has these cards:

  • Invoices card
    • View and pay your invoices.
    • See your account balance including invoices and credits.
    • Download invoice PDF and XML documents (single or mass download).
    • Pay invoices by credit card where available.
    • Request help for issues related to your selected invoices via Get Assistance.
  • Payment Options card
    Manage your payment options for paying your invoices. You can also change or delete existing credit cards.
  • Recurring Payments card
    Sign-up for Autopay (where available). If you save a credit card to an order, all future invoices raised on this order will automatically be charged to your card.

Required Authorization

To manage and pay invoices, you need the special authorization Manage Invoices and Payments from one of the administrators in your company.
