Customer Success Dashboard

The Customer Success dashboard lets you manage your on-premise and cloud customers, their products, licenses, and orders.


Procedure

From the sidebar, select Customer Success. the dashboard has these tabs:

  • Overview tab
    See high-level alerts and SAP PartnerEdge Cloud Choice, flex model proof of services declarations. 
  • Contracts tab
    See your active sales contracts with your customers.
  • Customer Health tab
    Understand project wave creation status, wave health indicator, as well as Current Cloud Backlog and Deployed ACV achievement for the PartnerEdge Program.  
  • Renewals tab
    Find a list of your customers with upcoming cloud or maintenance renewals..
  • Consumption tab
    Review your customers’ public cloud consumption overusage and cloud platform pay-per-use credit usage.
  • Projects tab
    Register new projects, review missing projects,  and request updates to existing projects.
  • Support tab
    Manage your support programs such as Partner Center of Expertise (PCOE).
  • Provisioning
    PMC/BPO Partners can manage their customer's provisioning for selected solutions.
