Overview Tab
On the Overview tab, you can see high-level alerts and SAP PartnerEdge Cloud Choice, flex model proof of services declarations.
Procedure
From the sidebar, select Customer Success → Overview tab. It has the following cards:
- Upcoming Events, within the next 120 days
- See critical alerts for the items in the Customer Success dashboard, including Cloud Renewal Alert and Planned Go Lives.
- Business Model Contracts card
- View active customers and cloud contracts with a valid Contract Start Date.
- View customer contracts by Business Model .
- Cloud Business Contracts card
View all active customers and cloud contracts with a valid Contract Start Date- View customer contracts breakdown by type (Cloud/On-Premise/Maintenance Contracts)
- Renewals tab
- Identify your customers that have upcoming cloud and on-premise renewals (within 120 days)
- Identify your customers that have missing purchase order numbers and update them directly in SAP for Me.
- Consumption tab
- Identify license compliance overusages to proactively discuss with your customers.
- Projects tab
- View the number of cloud customer projects registered in past 24 months, number of upcoming planned go-lives and products for which you have sold a license but for which you have not created a project.
- Cloud Platform Enterprise Agreement
- Review your cross-customer Cloud Platform enterprise agreement credit usage for the current month's closed statement.
- Customers who exceed 90% usage of the total cloud credit will be alerted in red as customer might be getting close of overage consumption.
- Customers who exceed 70% usage will be alerted in orange.
- Proof of Services Declarations for Cloud Choice, Flex Model card
- Check the status of your Adopt & Operate Proof of Services Declaration. Access your inbox to complete any required actions.
- Adopt & Operate commission cannot be processed if Proof of Services Declaration are not submitted by the deadline date.
- Missing the deadline may delay your commission. If values are 0, no action is required.
- Additional Customer Success Resources card
- Lists links to resources outside the SAP for Me portal that may be relevant to you.
- Contracts tab
- See your active sales contracts with your customers.
