Renewals Tab

On the Renewals tab, you can see orders, cloud renewals, and maintenance renewals.

Required Authorization

To view this card, you need to have Partner - End Customer Sales and Adoption user authorization.


Procedure

  1. From the sidebar, select Customer Success → Renewals tab. 
  2. Select a customer name from one of the cards to go to the Customer Details page.
  3. In the Upcoming Cloud Renewals & Missing Purchase Order, you have an option to easily filter your upcoming renewals or identify renewals with missing PO numbers.
    In most scenarios, PO numbers can be maintained on cloud orders, if the renewal date is within 30 days. If it is not possible to maintain the PO number, it can be due to the renewal being more than 30 days or the renewal has already been billed.
  4. Click on the Chevron to navigate to the Contract Details.
    Here you can review the contract details and get more license, if available. 

  5. You can also Manage PO Updates in the Upcoming Maintenance Renewals tab. POs can be maintained for maintenance renewals within 90 dates or the renewal date or I the maintenance renewal has not already been billed.
  6. You can export the list to a spreadsheet file on your computer.
  7. If you have any questions, select Get Assistance to access additional support.
