Support Tab

In the Support tab, you can manage your support programs such as Partner Center of Expertise (PCOE).

Procedure

From the sidebar, select Customer Success → Support tab. It contains these cards:

  • Partner Center of Expertise card:
    Provides insights into the key performance indicators affecting the quality of support services provided by the partner to their end customers, as well as the status of their interaction with SAP Support.
  • Cloud Support Collaboration card:
    Offers a reference to the Cloud Support Collaboration dashboard, which for SAP partners in both “sell” and “service” tracks displays case-related data, statistics, and analysis for cases created via the service partner user management application.
