Partner Center of Expertise Card

Partner Center of Expertise (Partner COE) quality measurement reporting is a valuable resource for SAP partners that have a Partner COE certification. It allows partners and SAP to analyze performance and proactively address any potential deviations from program requirements in a timely manner.

The Partner Center of Expertise card provides insights into the key performance indicators affecting the quality of support services provided by the partner to their end customers, as well as the status of their interaction with SAP Support.

Required authorizations: Partner Product and Support. Contact a Partner Security Manager in your company to get access to this card.

Required Authorization

To view this card, you need to have Partner - End Customer Info & Support authorization.

Procedure

 

From the sidebar, select Customer Success → Support → Partner Center of Expertise card. On the card you have these options:

  • Active Authorizations
    See the total number of active support authorizations.
  • Quality Measurement Reporting 
    This report shows key quality indicators for PCOE compliance and performance and allows partners and SAP to analyze PCOE compliance/performance and proactively address any inconsistencies in a timely manner.
