SAP ONE Support Launchpad
The SAP ONE Support Launchpad provides access to support resources in a single, intuitive interface. By using customizable role profiles, the Launchpad displays only relevant applications and insights to ensure an efficient and user-friendly experience.

In early 2015, we began publicizing the coming changes, introducing you to the concept of the Launchpad and how it would benefit your business processes. In August 2015, we began publishing articles in the SAP Community Network to give you more details and a closer look at the upcoming changes. Starting in October 2015, we introduced the Early Adopters Program, a revolutionary new way for you to provide early feedback on the Launchpad experience.
The Early Adopters Program, which concluded on February 24th 2016, provided an opportunity for you to provide feedback and influence our development priorities as we move toward a full launch. Although this program has ended, we continuously welcome feedback about the Launchpad via our incident process.
Since then, we have communicated the upcoming changes via the SAP Support Portal, on social media, and in the SAP Community Network (SCN) to ensure your preparedness for this update.
SAP on-premise, HEC, and SuccessFactors customers now have access to the Launchpad and updated support applications.
Please review the links in the Additional Information section on the right-hand side of this page to find more information. The SAP Community Network blog articles provide reader-friendly information about the application changes, a recap of the browser requirements, information about personalization, and more. You can also view a brief 3-minute video that helps to explain how the Launchpad benefits you.
On August 15, 2016, the Launchpad is your default tool for support-related tasks.
