Simplify Your Login

Use a Browser Certificate (SAP Passport) to Avoid Renewed Logons

You can benefit from single sign-on in the SAP Support Portal and the SAP ONE Support Launchpad: Access them and a multitude of SAP websites without having to enter your S-user ID and password.

Once you have authenticated on the SAP ONE Support Launchpad and applied for a browser certificate, SAP Trust Center will issue your browser certificate. This is your digital passport and represents a connection between your access data for your local machine and your access data for the SAP Support Portal.

Notes:

  • The SAP Passport is a browser certificate which is stored locally in the browser on the machine. Therefore, you need to apply for an SAP Passport from each computer and browser that you want to use single sign-on.
  • Each browser certificate expires after one year. Please make a note of your S-user ID and password so you can re-apply.
